⚠ Important: Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully before committing any capital. By activating a contract you confirm you have read and understood the risks described herein.
Capital deployed through NFC contracts is subject to loss. Trading activities involve markets that can move against positions, resulting in partial or total loss of the capital contributed. You should only contribute capital you can afford to lose.
Historical returns posted to contracts do not guarantee future returns. The profitability of any trading session depends on market conditions, trader performance, and other factors outside NFC's control. Returns may be positive, zero, or negative in any given period.
Capital deployed in an active session is locked and cannot be withdrawn until the session closes. You must be comfortable committing capital for the full duration of a session before activating a contract. Emergency withdrawals are not guaranteed.
Deposits and withdrawals may involve cryptocurrency assets whose valuations are highly volatile. Exchange rate movements between the time of deposit and withdrawal can materially affect the fiat-equivalent value of your balance. NFC is not responsible for cryptocurrency price movements.
The NFC Reserve Fund is designed to provide a buffer against adverse periods but does not guarantee full capital protection. In extreme scenarios where total session losses exceed the reserve balance, members may receive less than their deployed capital.
The regulatory environment for capital clubs and cryptocurrency transactions varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Regulatory changes may affect NFC's ability to operate, process transactions, or return funds in certain jurisdictions.
Platform outages, cyberattacks, software bugs, or third-party service failures may temporarily prevent access to your account or delay transactions. While we implement robust security measures, no system is immune to such risks.
Your capital is pooled and managed by the NFC trading team. You are relying on the competence, integrity, and continued operation of NFC. If NFC were to cease operations for any reason, the recovery of deployed capital may be delayed or incomplete.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes regulated financial advice. NFC does not hold a licence to provide investment advice. You should consult a qualified independent financial adviser before making any investment decision.
